Description: People with different chronic pain health problems attend together. Two trained leaders facilitate the workshops, one or both of whom are peers with chronic pain themselves. Classes are highly participative, where mutual support and success build the participants’ confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
Dates: 6 sessions (1 x week) – Thursdays – May 9, 16, 23, 20, June 6 and 13, 2019
