Description:    TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS AND FALLS PREVENTION DEVELOPED BY DR PAUL LAM Tai Chi for Arthritis was developed by medical professionals to improve fitness in older adults. The TCA form has been shown to relieve pain, improve physical function, increase balance, and reduce the risk of falls. This powerful mind-body exercise also helps to reduce stress and improve relaxation.

Dates:     Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 12 to June 9, 2022

Times:    The TCA series runs for 20, 1-hour sessions offered twice a week — Tuesdays from 11:00 am-12:00 pm and Thursdays from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm.
