Description: Ready, Steady, Go! is all about preventing first and future falls. It’s a fun way to assess your risk of falling, determine the reasons why you are at risk, and learn how to avoid falls and confidently enjoy the activities you love. The program and parking are free. Parking is available in the flat lot in front of WakeMed Cary Hospital. Registration is not required unless you are signing up for a neuropsychological assessment. (Neuropsychological assessments are 10-minute screenings that can help determine if brain function is the cause of your unsteadiness. If you would like to register for you, please call 919-350-5695.)
