Description: Based on T’ai Chi for Arthritis; developed by Dr. Paul Lam, MD from Sun Style T’ai Chi. T’ai Chi is a mindfulness practice designed to enhance flexibility, muscle tone, and fitness. It incorporates the essential principals of T’ai Chi with an emphasis on breathing, posture, and space awareness. Instructor: Judith Lechner. This is an ongoing class. Classes are FREE.
