Description: Tai Chi for Arthritis incorporates exercises that improve muscular strength, flexibility and fitness. There is a focus on weight transference, which improves balance and helps prevent falls. It is a graceful form of exercise which is performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
