Description: Classes will meet via Zoom once a week for 6 weeks for 2.5 hours with breaks. Connect with other seniors learning the tools and gaining the confidence needed to live a healthier life with diabetes. Class topics will include: meal planning, healthy eating, the importance of physical activity, stress management, blood glucose monitoring, avoiding complications and much more. (Receive one-on-one guidance from a registered dietician).
