Description: Take steps to be reduce your risk for FALLS! Want to stay strong and independent? Or would you like to reduce join pain and improve mobility? You will meet others who also want to improve their balance, flexibility, and practice mindful movements. Read more about the benefits of Tai Chi HERE .
Classes are open to the public and offered at NO COST to adults over 60 and adults with disabilities of any age. For NC residents with internet access.
