Dec 18 (F)- Reserved for any additional Form review needed for passing. (This will be agreed upon on the week of.)

This workshop is being presented by the Tai Chi for Health Institutes new guidelines for a virtual workshop for those that are attending a workshop with the Institute for the first time. The requirements are as follows:

* A preview of the form – Meghan will be offering a 1-hour session to allow for this. Its main focus will be getting each person set up and ready on the using Zoom and the room set up so that each participant can be seen head to toe as required when sharing this program. This will be referred to as Tech Check, which includes seeing where the participant is in the form practice.

*Group Sessions for the core learning- There will be 3 of these.

*An Individual Session to review form- Meghan will spend 1 hr with each of you to check in on questions before last full group session.

*Session to review Stepwise Use- Meghan will require 1 more hour session for this final review

Instructor Expectations:
The TCA/FP certification, including the training, materials, and technical support, is valued at $500. For this reason, we ask you to seriously consider your ability to meet the expectations and qualifications. Read full document HERE. By participating in this grant supported training, you agree to:
• Offer the TCA/FP program a minimum of 20, hour-long sessions at least once per year in collaboration with your AAA/Senior Center;
• Maintain careful adherence to the TCA/FP program fidelity as set forth by Tai Chi for Health Institute and the National Council on Aging – including maintaining a current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Maintain adherence to reporting requirements as set forth by NC Center for Health and Wellness
• Ensure that evaluation materials, including Participant Information Forms and Attendance Sheets, are collected in a timely manner, kept in a secure location, and given to the appropriate contact.
