Description: This self-directed series supported by the Arthritis Foundation has been proven to reduce pain, build confidence in being physically active, and improve overall health. As a participant, you will receive a Walk With Ease Guidebook, tools to encourage physical activity, support in meeting your identified goals, and six virtual meetings with a certified instructor via Zoom.
