Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art form and is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Movements are slow, gentle, and continuous. Tai chi incorporates exercises that improve muscular strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. With a focus on weight transference, tai chi improves your balance to help avoid falls. As a mind-body exercise, tai chi improves serenity and relaxation of the mind, thus reducing pain and stress.
Dates: 10 weeks, Mondays and Wednesdays, October 3 to December 12, 2022
