Description: Tai Chi for Arthritis is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. It can be easy to learn, seated or standing and can be practiced almost anywhere. The movements are slow and gentle, making it suitable for all levels of ability. Tai Chi can help improve balance, muscle strength, joint flexibility, relieve pain and stress. This class covers the 6 Basic Movements and the 6 Advanced Movements, warms and cool downs.
