Two coaches, Gayla MacMillan & Linda Carlsen, will lead the program and provide guidance with the goal of reducing the fear of falling, stop the fear of falling cycle and increase activity levels among community-dwelling older adults.  Workshop includes a discussion and exercise component in each session.  The group format provides the opportunity for people with a common problem to learn from and help each other deal with this fear of falling.  Class is limited to 12 participants.
