Description: Moving for Better Balance is a 12-week evidence-based, instructor-led group program designed to help you improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility through the slow and therapeutic movements of Tai Chi, a graceful form of exercise and deep breathing. This program is led by a qualified instructor and teaches an eight-form routine of Tai Chi-based movements modified specially for falls prevention. The class meets twice a week for 12 weeks for a total of 24 class sessions.
Dates: 12 weeks (2 x week) – Mondays & Fridays – Starting September 11th to December 1st, 2017
