Walk With Ease

Enhanced Self-Directed Walk With Ease Toolkit and Leader Powerpoint (Developed by the Arthritis Foundation)

These Arthritis Foundation resources provide evidence-based program leaders with the information necessary to successfully implement the new Enhanced version of the self-directed WWE program. The “hybrid” Enhanced program maintains a certified leader administering the program through e-mails, letters, social media or phone/video calls. Participants begin and end the self-directed WWE program at the same time.
