Description:    Tai Chi is composed of slow, continuous whole body movements strung together in a form. It has shown to improve balance, flexibility, confidence and muscular strength.

Dates:    20 sessions – 2 x week – Tuesdays and Thursdays – October 1 to December 12, 2019
